We are turnkey log home builders. This means that we will build either your design or ours on your property. If you already have a plan in mind just contact us and we will get started on the details. If you do not have a plan in mind then you should go to our plans and pricing page to view our pre-priced line of "Econo-Log" log home floor plans and choose the one that is right for you.

When you click on any of the plans you will be linked to the elevations page first which will then link you to our floor plan page and then on to the interactive cost estimate worksheet. There you will find the cost details for our basic turnkey estimate for that plan. You will also be able to choose from our list of pre-priced options to customize your cost estimate the way you want your log home to be.

You will then have the option to submit your cost estimate worksheet to us. If you do not submit the worksheet, your changes will not be saved and you just go on to the next one. If you choose to submit your worksheet, we will contact you with any questions that you may have and prepare your initial price estimate.
