Once you submit your cost estimate worksheet along with any questions or revisions you might want us to make to the plan you
have selected, we will address the questions and prepare your initial price estimate. We will also send you a sample purchase
agreement form for your review and consideration.
If you are interested in continuing on to the next phase, we will then
schedule a visit to your construction site to meet with you and confirm that there are no unusual site conditions that would
materially affect the initial cost estimate.
If we have done our job, when we meet and greet on your property all major questions
should be resolved except for how we are going to get along. That only happens when we meet face to face. This is when you would
need to decide whether to make the commitment to go ahead with the purchase agreement or to back off. There is no high pressure
sales force involved. The last thing we want to do is try to push you into something you are not comfortable with. All we ask
is that you are sincerely interested in building within the next 9 months when we invest the trip to meet with you at your site.
But you are more than welcome to come meet and greet with us at our sales model whenever you like.
