We offer the option to install a full basement instead of our standard crawl space foundation. A full basement costs more initially but
gives you additional usable space at a fraction of the cost of the main structure.
We offer 3 different log profiles. Our standard log profile is 6'' wide x 8'' high "D" log. We also offer an 8'' x 8'' "D" log and a
6'' x 12'' square log with dovetail corners. There is not much difference in structural benefits between the 3 styles. It becomes a question
of what do you like to look at.
We offer the option to upgrade from our standard exposed conventional framed porch to a 1'' x 8'' white pine porch ceiling over the conventional
roof framing.
We offer the option to upgrade from our standard conventional porch roof framing to a heavy timber exposed beam porch roof system.
We offer the option to upgrade from our standard pressure treated material to round log rails for the porch and dec.
We offer the option to upgrade from the conventional framed second floor system to our heavy timber exposed beam floor system.
We offer the option to upgrade from our conventional framed roof system on the main structure to our heavy timber exposed beam roof system.
We offer the option to upgrade from our standard white vinyl windows with stain grade extension jambs to metal clad wood windows
with stain grade extension jambs.
We offer the option to upgrade from our standard white pine exterior trim to cedar trim.
