Construction of this log home is set to begin with the Spring thaw, 2012.

  • Our client showed us a difficult lake lot they wanted to build their log home on and we designed them a plan that would fit both the lot and their budget. They immediately fell in love with it! This side will be facing the road. They wanted it to be simple lines and blend into the hillside.
  • This side will be facing the lake. They wanted it to be awesome!
  • Due to the steepness of the lot, we designed the log home to be elevated by a concrete sub wall below the basement floor slab. This will make the driveway much easier to negotiate.
  • We designed it just the way they wanted it! They wanted a large master suite with porch overlooking the lake and they got it. They wanted a large open great room/dining/kitchen with cathedral ceiling and heavy timber exposed beams and they got it.
  • They also wanted a 2 car drive under garage and future expansion area and they got it! We are set to break ground in the early Spring of 2012. We will post the construction progress for you to enjoy along with our new client.
