Before Restoration: The original coatings have failed due to incorrect application techniques. The gable log siding was not installed with the proper fasteners and transition flashing and the windows leak because they were not installed properly as well. The log home is only 4 years old. This is an excellant example as to why it is important to use an experienced log home builder for this kind of specialty construction. New log siding is installed in the garage wall gable.The old coatings have been removed the the garage log wall and the windows have been replaced. We are ready to apply the new coatings.Restoration Complete: Final coatings being applied to the garage wall.
