This log home is about 40 years old has has never seen any protective coatings or caulk/chink on the exterior.Mold, mildew & dry rot are taking their toll on all the walls.This corner has rotted to the extent of requiring replacement.This wall was litterally black from mold growth.

We ended up applying an overlay to the front gable and dressing up the porch columns.The covered porch is once again a place to be enjoyed by friends and family.We installed new windows and applied chinking to all the log walls.Now the homeowner has a smile on his face whenever he pulls up to his beautiful log home.
