We build what we sell. When you purchase a log home from us it will be ready to move into when you make the final
payment on our agreement. Your final payment won't just be for a pile of materials delivered on flat bed trucks that
you have to arrange to have unloaded and then start paying somebody else that you hope will know how to put it together.
We are experienced log home builders. We are there from beginning to the end of the process. There are no intermediaries or
other folks you need to deal with unless you want to perform some of the work yourself.
We offer a more affordable log home at a more affordable price. Having build log homes from various kit producers over the past
14 years, we have gained the valuable experience in many different materials and methods that the industry offers. In the fall of 2009,
based on the knowledge gained from our experience, we launched our own line of smaller log homes and cabins incorporating the most
affordable designs and materials to build a quality log home at an economical price. We call them our "Econo-Log" designs. Since

We try to tell it like it is. You can look at any plan on our plans and pricing page
and you know pretty well what it will cost to build on your site with the options that you select. Therefore, before you ever contact us, most of your important questions should alredy be
